I've been in radio since high school. Had a lotta fun, made a little money. I have some wild hobbies, like cooking. Carl and I have a Harley we give a good work-out on the weekends. My favorite food is anything Italian. I have a family of one super sized bunny, two cats, one ferret and a very big dog. I have one son, Alex, who is the coolest and best kid in the world....(Mom's always know). My husband is also a friend of many years. He possesses the ability to cause uncontrollable happiness, you gotta love a guy like that. As for me, I believe the key to happiness is to stop thinking about what should be and start seeing things as they really are.

My friend Renee has just welcomed a grandson to the world and I'm jealous. It'll be a while before I get to play with grandkids, but I love the little ones. For some reason, the pictures I tried to put up are missing. I'm sure it's something I did. Carl made my day! He brought lunch and we had a picnic in the studios. We're already planning for the weekend. There's a little festival going on nearby, so I'll see you there.

It was a nice vacation, but I'm glad to be back. We started out with the Kids Pro World Golf Tournament. Thad, the 7 year old we follow, took 10th place. He played against many kids that couldn't speak English, but they all communicated and made friends. We headed for Charleston to visit Magnolia Plantation and the Yorktown. That was really neat to see. I took loads of pictures and I'll have them up for you by tomorrow. I have to put them in some sort of order. The best part was spending extra time with Carl.

My vacation is on my mind today. There are loads of things to do before you can have fun. Carl took me for an evening ride on the Harley yesterday. That was fun! I stopped for a soft drink this morning on the way to work and ran into a few law enforcement buddies of mine. They're having a little fun with me because of the new car, but I assured them I know how to use the cruise control. My son is on his way home right now, so I'll have my family home tonight and that feels good. It's really good to have love in our home.
